Preparing highly qualified teachers capable of contributing to the building of a knowledge-based society and developing departmental programs to meet the needs of the local and knowledge society.

Based on the vision and mission of the department and the general objectives of Nalut University and the Kabaw College of Education, and in commitment to them, the program aims to:

• Preparing competent classroom teachers capable of exceptional thinking for effective teaching in the first three grades of basic education.
• Developing the student's abilities to apply the principles and rules of appropriate teaching for the early grades after graduation.
• Encouraging the student to actively participate in community service and environmental issues related to education.
• Preparing a teacher capable of using modern technology in teaching, benefiting from the international information network, and employing it to achieve the program's objectives.
• Developing positive attitudes towards the teaching profession through the practical application of this profession in the practical education program.
